How quickly can our church get up and running?

Most churches stream their first service within an hour of signing up. The Starter plan needs no special hardware — just a phone or laptop with a camera and a stable internet connection.

Do we need to be technical to use Together?

No. The whole platform is built for ministry teams, not engineers. The longest part of onboarding is usually deciding which photo to use as your church logo.

What happens to our data if we ever leave?

Your data is yours. You can export sermon recordings, member rosters, and message archives at any time. We'd hate to see you go, but we won't hold your data hostage.

Is the AI sermon editing theology-aware?

Yes. Our transcription, summarization, and clip-generation models are tuned for sermon language and scripture references. Verse citations are preserved verbatim — never paraphrased.

Can we use Together with our existing church management software?

The Church plan includes integrations with Planning Center, Subsplash, and Pushpay. The Ministry plan adds SSO and member directory sync for any IDP that speaks SAML or OIDC.

How does pricing scale as we grow?

You upgrade plans when you outgrow the current tier — but the pricing is flat per congregation, not per member. A 200-person church and a 2,000-person church both pay $99/mo on the Church plan.

What about multi-site churches and denominations?

That's the Ministry plan. Contact us and we'll walk through your structure together — most multi-site deployments take a single onboarding call.
