These SMS Terms govern the text message notification program (the "Program") operated by Together Technology, Inc. ("Together", "we", "us") across our platform and sermon.tv. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

We send recurring automated text messages to people who opt in. Messages relate to the ministries you follow on sermon.tv and may include live service alerts, notifications when a new sermon is posted, and occasional ministry announcements.

2. How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on the sermon.tv notification settings page, checking the consent box, and confirming your number with a one-time verification code we text to you. Opt-in is required before any Program messages are sent, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the ministries you follow and their activity — for example, live services and new sermon postings.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Together does not charge you for the Program; charges from your mobile carrier for messages you receive are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.

5. Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any Program message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending Program messages to that number. Because a single number serves all ministries, replying STOP unsubscribes you from all sermon.tv text messages. To manage texts from individual ministries, use the notification settings in your sermon.tv account.

6. Help (HELP)

For help, reply HELP to any Program message or contact us at support@togethertech.app. Replying HELP returns program information and support contact details.

7. Supported carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Mobile information collected for the Program (including your phone number and opt-in status) is used only to deliver the Program. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) to transmit the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
