These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Together Technology, Inc.'s platform and services ("Together"). By creating an account or using Together, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
Together accounts are for use by individual churches and ministries. You may not resell or market the platform's services as your own, or use a single account as a portal to distribute content from multiple unrelated ministries or authors. Requests for commercial, multi-ministry, or other uses must be agreed with us in writing. Violation may result in removal of content or termination of the account.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to Together. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transcode, publicly display, stream, and distribute that content through the platform's surfaces (including your ministry pages, sermon.tv, embeds, feeds, and the mobile and TV apps) for the purpose of operating the platform on your behalf, for as long as your content remains on the platform. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your content to train AI models without explicit opt-in.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish and the views expressed in it; they are your own, and we do not endorse them. You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of your content; while we take care to protect stored content, we are not liable for content that is lost or becomes unavailable.
We offer a free tier and time-limited trials whose limits (such as stream length, storage, or delivery allowances) are shown at signup and may change over time. Trials convert to paid plans only as presented when you start the trial. We may adjust or discontinue free-tier features with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance to the payment method on file. You authorize us to charge any payment method associated with your account, including a backup payment method if your primary method is declined, and you remain responsible for uncollected amounts. If a payment fails and you do not cancel, we may suspend access until a valid payment method is successfully charged. Payment method details may be updated with information provided by payment service providers (for example, card network updates).
We don't offer refunds for partial periods, but you can cancel any time and you'll keep access through the end of the current billing period. We may occasionally provide refunds, discounts, or credits at our sole discretion; doing so once doesn't entitle anyone to them in the future. Changes to plans or pricing take effect no earlier than 30 days after notice to you. Tax may apply based on your location.
If you connect third-party services to your account, your use of those integrations is also governed by their terms — for YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service (see also the Google Privacy Policy); for Facebook/Meta, Meta's platform terms. For these integrations we store only the access token the provider returns when you connect, not other data from your account there. You can disconnect an integration at any time, and you can request removal of stored connection data at support@togethertech.app.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible. We're not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (regional internet outages, third-party provider failures, etc.).
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when possible. Upon termination, you may export your data for up to 30 days, after which it will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Together is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. Your use of Together is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Together's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including damages arising from termination of the service or loss of content.
By creating an account and providing your email address, you agree to receive service emails pertinent to your account (billing, security, and operational notices). Marketing email, if any, is separate and always includes an unsubscribe option.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Dakota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in South Dakota.
